For over 40 years, Wayne Lipkvich has been in the lifting and rigging industry.  He was employed by East Shore Wire Rope & Rigging of East Haven, CT; a business founded by his father Al.  The business' modest beginnings were in the basement of Wayne's childhood home.  He later became an owner/partner of the business in the late 1970's with other family members before eventually selling in 2019.
